Thumbelina Hero & Frog Concept Painting - ID: aug22302

An original concept painting from the Don Bluth Studios animated film Thumbelina (1994). Featuring Hero the dog poking his head through a drainage opening to examine a frog, the painting was created at the studio and used during the story development process. Don Bluth Productions uniquely used these concepts not only to develop the scene's color palette, style, and emotion, but also as storyboards to visualize the full story development. Measuring 4.25"x8.25" overall and with the character image measuring , the painting is in very good condition.
